Halloween

April has been doing such an awesome job taking pictures and capturing Henley as she grows. She is such a good Mommy. I love to just listen to her talk to Henley as she shows her different things, explains what they are, what color they are and what they do. It is so precious. You can just see the love and connection between the two of them already.

This past week she dressed Henley up for her first Halloween. Henley was a pumpkin and Macy was an Angel (of course).

Family Visits

The past two weekends members of both our families were able to come and visit Henley. Although not everyone could come due to busy schedules and other responsibilities, it is always fun to see others "love on" and "ooohhh and aaahhhhh" over on her.

1 Month Check Up

April took Henley for her 1 month checkup this week. She is doing great. She is already 21 3/4 inches long and 10 lbs 15 oz. It is so exciting to watch her grow. She is already holding her head up pretty well. This past week she started smiling and cooing more. Seeing her make those faces and sounds just brings joy to my heart. We love her so much! God is so good and we are so very thankful for Henley.

Going out...

We headed to Midtown's Fall Festival and the grocery store yesterday. Yes going to the grocery store is a big deal right now! Henley slept almost the entire time we were out. She is such a good baby! And doesn't April look fabulous? You would never guess that she had a baby 4 weeks ago and could barely walk just 2 weeks ago.
